How do I return an item?

Your product satisfaction is important to us. Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase IF the item(s) are unused, unaltered, in original condition with tags attached. Because of the intimate nature of our garments, clothing that is soiled with body oils, deodorant, make up can be refused for return or exchange. Clothing that has retained cigarette smoke odor, pet hair or is returned highly wrinkled may be subject to a cleaning or steaming fee.

Any items that are returned in used, worn and/or washed condition will be returned to customer or disposed of and we will be unable to issue any credits against those returns.

Sale items with receipts that clearly state final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be made for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.

No returns are accepted after 30 days. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days.

All refunds will be made back to the original form of purchase.

If there are any special circumstances surrounding returns or exchanges, they will be excepted on a case by case basis. Where store credits are issued, they are valid for one year from date issued.

Returns/Exchange Procedure:

If you wish to return an item please do the following:

  1. Complete the information requested on our Return and Exchange Form which was included in your original shipment. This will give us the item(s) and reason for return. This form must be completed and sent with the returned/exchanged merchandise to receive a refund.
  1. Pack items for return along with this completed form in the original packing or a secure carton. Returns must include your customer name and order number in order for your return to be processed.
  1. Return shipping costs are NOT PREPAID. We strongly recommend that you send the package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us in its original condition. Insurance is recommended in the event that a package is lost or damage occurs to the merchandise by the shipping service while in transit. Should return merchandise be received by us that has been damaged, no credit or refund will be issued for the return. A BIG ATTITUDE, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping service provider.

Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once the return has been received and the refund has been completed. There is no need to call to follow up returns. We are extremely efficient and timely in processing all returns.

Please note that any orders that are refused by the customer upon delivery will be subjected to return shipping fees. In addition, no reimbursements will be given for the original shipping fees.
